The Chamber of Commerce & Industry for Facility Management and SMB (CCIFMSMB) is more than just an organization — it’s a movement to empower India’s Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and the Facility Management sector. Established with the vision to build a sustainable and inclusive business environment, CCIFMSMB acts as a bridge connecting entrepreneurs, industries, government bodies, and communities.

We believe that every business—no matter how small—has the potential to make a powerful impact when given the right tools, knowledge, and support. That’s why we focus on creating opportunities for growth, innovation, and social upliftment through our integrated programs.

The Main Objects for Which the Company is Established

The Chamber of Commerce & Industry for Facility Management & SMB (CCIFMSMB) was formed with a clear purpose — to uplift SMEs, promote facility management excellence, and empower marginalized communities through education, innovation, and sustainable development. Our objectives focus on creating a bridge between industry, government, and society to foster inclusive economic growth and national progress.

Promote Awareness and Education:

To create awareness about health, sanitation, environment, consumer rights, and road safety, while supporting the education of poor and socially disadvantaged communities including SC/ST and underprivileged groups.

Healthcare Development:

To promote healthcare awareness and establish healthcare infrastructure that ensures better medical access for people in both urban and rural areas.

Eradication of Manual Scavenging:

To eliminate manual scavenging through technological innovation and rehabilitate affected individuals into mainstream society.

Employment and Skill Development:

To generate employment opportunities by providing skill training, innovation-based livelihood support, and placement assistance to youth, women, SC/ST, and differently-abled individuals.

Innovation and Research Promotion:

To encourage grassroots innovation, research, and the adoption of science and technology to achieve self-reliance and technical competence.

Digital and Knowledge Networking:

To build digital networks that connect various government and private stakeholders, promoting transparency and economic growth through digital transformation.

Industry and Government Collaboration:

To act as a strong bridge between industry and government for the creation of favorable business policies and sustainable SMEs of Facility management industry.

Global Business Integration:

To support SMEs of Facility management industry sectors in reaching international markets through trade expos, business forums, and strategic collaborations.

Financial Guidance and Business Support:

To provide financial literacy, access to funding, and business setup assistance for entrepreneurs and small business owners.

Social and Economic Empowerment:

To empower marginalized communities by ensuring equal access to opportunities, fostering entrepreneurship, and promoting sustainable livelihoods.

Our Integrated Approach

Empowerment and sustainability are at the heart of everything we do. By combining training, financial guidance, policy advocacy, and market access, CCIFMSMB provides a holistic support system that reduces failure risks and drives long-term business success.

Operational & Financial Provisions:

Profits or income must only be used for the organization’s objectives, not distributed as dividends or bonuses.
Members cannot receive financial benefits, except for legitimate reimbursements or payments for actual services rendered.
Annual accounts and audits are mandatory.
On dissolution, assets will be transferred to another Section 8 company with similar objectives (not distributed among members).
The company’s liability is limited.
Share Capital: ₹1,00,000 (10,000 shares of ₹10 each).

Late Shri Gurdeep Singh

Late Shri Gurdeep Singh devoted his life to empowering communities and building pathways of dignity and opportunity for the marginalized.

With over 25 years of impactful leadership, he played a pioneering role in promoting social inclusion, entrepreneurship, and skill development across India.

Though he is no longer with us, his vision, compassion, and commitment to humanity continue to inspire every step we take.

His legacy lives on — in every life transformed, and every opportunity created.
